What about import fees?

For customers outside the EU: 

All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

Unfortunately Lilian Daisy has no influence over the custom charges and/or tariffs that are mandated by your government and are subject to frequent change.

How do you prioritise sustainability?

Nature is my main inspiration and protecting the environment is very important to me. Therefore, I do what I can to minimise the environmental impact of my business. I avoid using plastic packaging, use the DHL GoGreen shipping service and do my best to ethically source my products and materials.

Which countries do you ship to?

I currently ship to all European Union countries as well as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Phillipines, Norway and Brazil.

I will be adding more countries over time.

Unfortunately, like many other small businesses, I have had to pause shipping to the USA due to the new tariff regulations (removal of de minimis law).

How long does packing and shipping take?

I do my best to pack and send orders within 3 days of their placement. However, since I am packing all orders by myself, it may take up to 7 days in high traffic times. (e.g. launches, updates or new product releases)

The shipping times vary depending on the destined country. Within the EU, orders can arrive within 2-6 business days. Other international orders may take about a week. If you haven't received your order after packing time + 14 business days, please contact us.

My order arrived damaged, incomplete or broken. What can I do?

I made a mistake while ordering, can I still change it?

Email lilian_daisy@icloud.com and I will do my best to assist you. Please be advised that orders which have already been sent out cannot be edited.
